Highly increased sensitivity for sexual content & more headaches!

I have (almost) completely stopped watching porn ever since I saw the Ted Talk of Gary Wilson and visting yourbrainonporn.com: I went from watching porn 4-5 hours a week to about 15-30 min per month (due to 'relapse'). I feel most of the benefits since I gave up watching porn for about 10-12 years.
There is however one thing I would like to ask if someone could explain: I used to watch almost daily in the past, and felt mentally exhausted after each session, but felt and slept pretty OK after watching porn (multiple times). But nowadays, when I watch for 15-30 min or even view naked pictures of woman on a website, I have a headache for at least a few days and feel lethargic, annoyed and sleep badly for 2-3 days. I can't even scroll through a Instagram page of a hot girl without getting really really horny and always feel really bad when I masturbate later. While before I never had this issue...

It's like my reward system is being overloaded 10 times more than before with much much lighter stimuli. Is this a 'good' thing meaning my brain gaining its normal level of sensitization back? Or is there any other explanation for this? Has there been any research ever done on this?
