HOCD Theory

I had a passing thought when reading about sissy hypnos, the effects that stem from it, and men experiencing HOCD. I will concede that my evidence is purely anecdotal.

When I was watching porn every day without knowing how bad it was, I almost always watched lesbian content without any gay thoughts appearing in my head. Sometimes I'd watch a video with a guy and girl in it getting it on, but I'd always ignore the guy. I wouldn't care if I saw his genitials since I expected that, but if I see his face, I'd turn away from the video or just ignore that too, depending on how often his face is shown.

Then I learned about sissy hypnos where men on here have reported seriously gay/transexual thoughts and even attempts to carry them out from watching these for a good while. It had me thinking:

What if lesbian porn doesn't cause gay thoughts because there's no guy in the video, but straight porn/transgendered person/sissy porn does? What if because you orgasmed to something that featured something you're not interested in and you're doing this often, your brain starts seeing it as a source of arousal?

I know it isn't much, but I wanted to see some thoughts on this.

 

I do the same thing @LiquidShoes ! That is the greatest theory I have ever came across. Dude that makes a lot of sense.

 

Lesbian porn never causes gay thoughts because there's too women having sex so our brain doesn't read anything awkward about it. When we see a guy having sex with a woman. I guess our brain counts the male body as pleasure too so that's why we escalate into gay porn @LiquidShoes

 

Hey thanks, glad you're intrigued. It was just something I started thinking about. I would guess POV videos where the guy is barely featured wouldn't cause these kinds of thoughts as badly where videos where you can actually see the guy entirely could.

 

Interesting. So this makes me think that if anyone reading this that is a straight guy that has HOCD, but no interest in becoming gay, if they really have to relapse, they should do it to lesbian porn or porn where the guy is barely featured. Now obviously, relapse should be avoided by all costs, but I'm just saying, if they REALLY have to, do it to what I previously mentioned. Or better yet, don't do it to porn at all.

I'm thinking this could iron out those kinds of thoughts if you kept your content restricted to women and just women, be it porn or fantasy.

I'm not sure why this would happen, unless you're talking about PIED. I was addicted for about 3 years and I never once lost interest in girls.
