How do I avoid accessing Porn with no workarounds? (android and windows)

Hey, Ive been struggling with urges for the past couple of days, urges so bad that over the past 2 days, ive peeked for about 2-ish hours! (no touching or edging though, and more on risque websites/nudes). How would i prevent myself from accessing Porn on my devices, without locking them away as i frequently have to do some work on them. Already, Ive used:

Chrome:

• OpenDNS FamilyShield
• Tiny WebFilter (found on chrome web store, used to block keywords)
• Blocksi (Web Store, blocks websites, generally fishy/malacious sites and even youtube keywords!)
• UBlock Origin (Just for adblocking, but i have a list for porn websites just in case)
• Nofap emergency (for reddit)

Android:

• OpenDNS FamilyShield
• Blocksite (blocks websites, adult blocker)
• *** (for keywords)
• Stay Focused (to block social media at night so i dont get tempted)

Are there any ways that i can improve my setup (and should i count my peeking as a relaspe)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
