    Hello,
For some reason I'm going by this contagious name but I have been doing some research to get over pornography and I got directed to this site. The reason I'm sharing my story is because porn(incest) took over me lately and I think I'm destroying my life.
I was introduced to porn 8 years ago and everything was normal. I've done some stuff like teen guys wouldn't do anyway. Mastrubation once in a while and then get to back to real life.

Then, I came across some incest shit (sex stories). At first I hated it but out of curiosity I jumped right in. Then I started to search more and more. I would read 4000+ pages sex story in two days and can't imagine how many times I jerk off.
Now I can't do anything but to visit some weird incest shit and it still excites me.

I have been trying alot to get over this, keeping myself busy but during pandemic it gotten worse. I can't focus on studies. I'd stay awake a whole night just read some weird fetishes.

Me too have been reading incest doujinshi and i dreamed of copulating incestously! This is dreadful ! As I engrossed more and more about it ,my relationship with mine creator grew weird and strange !
We both need to get out of it ! I hope you and I get over it ! Take care !

Fantasy is normal. And healthy. There should be no judgment over internalized thought - it’s when you work to externalizer it AND it can produce harm.

Being disgusted or shamed isn’t going to help you. If you are truly bothered by it or if it’s intrusively and motivating you to pursue and act it out you can talk to a therapist.

    It’s that simple.
