Mine goes like this wake up before anyone at home make my coffee, fresh up, shower wake up our kid, brush him, give him shower, dress him eat breakfast at home and head to gym, and then to work Interesting tough work, leave sharp at 5pm Do shopping if any on my way back home, go to gym if skipped in the morning Reach home, have coffee, fresh up Spend time with kiddo Give kiddo shower and put him to sleep Watch TV for an hour and go to bed When I was PMOing, it happened during (2), (5), (7), (10) Now I don't even think about it
