I for one had a very nice 2-ish hour nap (That I really shouldn't have taken, oh well)
I'll let you know when I do.
How I adjusted to daylight saving time? Like it didn't even happen. My body really doesn't mind in any way. I sleep somewhat irregularly anyways: on workdays I wake up at 7:10 or 8:30, on Saturday at 8:15, and on Sunday whenever I can be bothered. When I go to bed? Whenever I'm ready with what I need/want to do, so this differs greatly. I see daylight saving time as "yay an extra hour" and "crap we lost an hour".
Working overnights . . .

Daylight savings was September for me. It’s terrible for the first week or two considering I wake up early. However, the sun not being up either before or after DST when I do get up helps.
