How long does it take to recover ?

Main thing is patience. Your time will come. Just enjoy the process until you're free...

 

The more you do it the better, my personal milestones for recovery are 21 days (first big one when you achieve it). 90 days huge changes and you would start to overcome a lot of the downsides from withdrawal, then the sky is the limit from there.

Please note though that sex addiction is generally different from people's concept of reboot, these things do take a lot of time to heal.
