My own personal advice would be to turn your local phone internet off, or to find a way to put your phone away or in someone elses custody (a lockbox with a key someone else you trust has, a partner or family member for instance, that will optimally stay shut when the lid is closed until opened) until it subsides as to de-tangle the concept of the two things together.

 

idk how androids work but I know every smartphone should have some sort of setting where you can restrict the content that is allowed with a password.. These things are usually made for child safety to keep them away from harmful sites. I took advantage of that and made someone I trusted put a password that I told them to never tell me no matter how much I ask unless it's an emergency.. So now when ever I'm tempted to watch porn I just don't cuz I know I won't be able to access it without the password.. Sure there's other outlets to access porn but if you're going out your way to find them then you're really not trying to recover.
