How To Do Nofap Easy Mode Without Sex?

    I have heard about Nofap easy mode in which we can have sex but not to masturbate or watch porn. I want to do easy mode (as I have tried hard mode for me but it is too difficult) but I can't have sex because I don't have any girlfriend. Is there any other way I can do the easy mode?

    You could just cut out porn entirely, but allow MO. I would try to keep to MO to a minimum, but its really PMO that's the main problem so if you can eliminate that from your life you will be doing pretty good. Note that you can set the public day counter at the top of the page to 'No Porn Masterbation' so it is a legit goal.

    You may notice from my public counter that I am also doing easy mode so sex with wife and non-porn MO is OK. Although I am very much avoiding the MO. Btw, try to stay away from porn substitutes as well, if you do MO, its best to not use any digital imagery at all.
