    I have joined this community couple of months ago with the hope to quit PMO but it didnt last for long. I stopped masturbation for more than a week and then i relapsed and after that things started going south I kept masturbating every day and forget why I decided to quit it in first place.

    here i am back after 3 months.

    i hope this time i wont mess things up.
