I've constantly tried to quit porn but I end up in phase one every alternative day. I have a girlfriend who I love a lot and I'm concerned my relationship with her will be ruined because of my addiction. I feel guilty everytime I relapse. I want to get rid of this addiction. Please help me!
First, why do you want to end your addiction? If you have a good enough "why" it should motivate you to quit PMO. Second, do all you can to remove porn from your life. Delete any porn bookmarks, put on SafeSearch on Google or switch your search engine to Swisscows located at swisscows.com, if you're on Reddit, unjoin all NSFW subreddits then put on the porn lock in settings. If you really want to quit, don't sit there and wish it. Get porn blockers for your laptop and phone. Make quitting PMO as easy as possible by limiting access to porn. i'm militant about it. I'm done with porn. There is some porn on Twitter and some soft core porn on Instagram. Be aware of this. I'm reporting it when I find porn on Twitter. i don't get on Instagram very much. Do all of this and your chances of success kicking this addiction will go way up. Best wishes, dude.
