I can't stop thinking about porn

It’s all withdrawals. If you can understand that on a deep level than you can get through it. It’s tough, but it’s the only way.
Every time you feel tested, it’s withdrawals.
You have to understand this concept if you wanna win.

 

If those things you do temporarily push it from your mind, then you're doing the right thing. Just keep doing them, and think of other ways too. Fighting addiction is a constant battle, and left to its own devices, your mind will keep bringing those thoughts back. The idea is to keep yourself and your brain active until the craving period is over.

 

You just have to keep going, it will suck, this is addiction we’re talking about. Your mind will try and do things to stop you in your tracks - especially edging, or looking at semi nude photos. You just have to cut it all.

It’s well worth the battle if it means you aren’t back in your old ways. Imagine how many other things you could do productivity wise if porn never existed. The list would be substantial!
