I could have never done this alone

I always thought that I have learnt everything about the harmful effects of PMO, that there's possibly nothing I could've skipped, and that now it's up to me to apply the knowledge and fight the willpower with what I know.
Today I signed up in this community and believe me when I say this: I got to learn so much more within just a few hours, and the most important thing was that I could have never done this alone.
