Obviously not all men that watch porn have erectile dyfunction. Yours is an unusual case, and is not the norm.

 

Perhaps your ed in the early days was not related to porn (as you said it wasn't like it is nowadays, the old videos, mags etc weren't available like todays stuff). Perhaps your personal issues were anxiety based. But that does not mean everyone else is the same. Perhaps your porn issues had not escalated to ED > for some people that does happen. My partner of 16 yrs for example had sporadic ed issues over the full course of our relationship, but was still functional enough until 2 years ago. He has been a porn addict for 28 years. He never used it for the right reasons, it was always to block out his fears of abandonement and inadequacy from his father leaving as a young teen and his fiancé cheating when he was 19.
2 years ago it stopped working for real sex completely. And by the end even with 100mg sildenfal was hit and miss if it would work. And would only work for extreme hardcore stuff. No real woman, solo woman image etc would arouse him anymore. Now, 4 months or so after, we haven't had any sign of ed at all for the past month. So for us, Nofap has worked wonders for his ed. He would not have recovered still watching porn.

 

I'll just tell you that you shut the fuck up! There are many people with PIED and I am one of them. Now maybe I am cured but haven't tested myself. Eaither waay, to all guys that doubt NOFAP process. Nofap cures PIED, just stick to it and you will see big change. Porn is one of the biggest evils of modern world, cut it out!!

 

Interesting post. I fully agree that the human brain and psychology are immensely complex. I think there are many things connected to ED, to which many things can be combined. Last 2 months, I somehow regained full erectile function, while still being addicted to PMO. I have been on the bandwagon of NoFap for 2,5 years, and somehow during a PMO dip, was I having 110% erections. I have no idea why, but they were back for 3 weeks. But right now, my erections have fallen back to max 75% of what they used to be. I am certain NoFap works, even if it would be for the wrong reasons. So frankly, I do not ever really care what makes NoFap works, since it will probably take years before science finally finds it out. But NoFap works, and we should encourage this wonder to all young men
