    (Sorry for my english)

So I don't have a porn addiction, its been nearly 3 months that i started this nofap journey and i could easly leave porn behind, I haven't even seen any since I started and I don't even feel like watching it.

My problem is that I fantasize a lot about sex... I don't need an image or a video for my brain to start imagining sexual things... I can be concentrated working or reading and out of nowhere start fantasizing and it is very difficult for me to try to "suppress" that feeling every half hour

Any recommendation or tip? With time it becomes easier?

    Another question:

I have a concern about something that is happening to me a few days ago. Actually i am at day number 14 of no PMO hard mode and for a week my libido is very very low... I tried to get an erection to see if everything was ok (i know i dont have to do this but i did it....) and even though i saw pictures of sexy girls and touch a bit myself i couldnt get and erection at all... and the weirdest thing was that i felt that i could O without being hard (not even a 25%) and with just a little touching....

    is this normal??

    Thanks you!!! :)

  2. With time it becomes easier, yes. Transferring that energy instead of suppressing it is the only way to liberation from lust. And it’s a constant transforming. Learning how to hold all that energy and use it toward other purposes is the key or else fantasies will become stronger and stronger. So you may be free from porn but not the thing that truly has its grip on you, lust.

Yes I think it's lust that has a hold on you.
Over time when you exercise your self-discipline and if you transfer that energy towards something else, it'll get better over time.
You're not in the worst case scenario like most of us here though, so at least that's good.

Thank you for your answers. Yes, I will try to transfer that energy into something else, it is becoming very difficult for me because of the lockdown since I am practically all day at the computer (work and fun) but i will do my best. This is my 2nd relapse since i started but i fell more confident now. Thank you
