I don't know what to do

I'm pretty sure I have PIED so when I meet a girl I like it comes to my mind that I won't be able to perform sexually therefore I never talk back to girls. Knowing this, leaves me with no desire to go out on the weekends but if I stay at home I have more urges to fap and end up relapsing out of boredom. I don't know what to do if, I go out I end up depressed because I see so many beautiful girls but don't talk to them because I can't get it up! but if I stay at home I end up fapping and get depressed because I'm not getting my sensitivity back.

I have entered this vicious cycle I don't know how to break. Do anyone has any advise?
