Whether it counts or not i think is up to you. Is your conscience better if your tracker starts over or if it continues ? There's not necessarily a right or wrong answer there, it depends on your own individual conscience and its goals. hope this helps.

You make up your own rules for reboot. Some people stay away from sex, masturbation and porn (complete celibacy), some just stay way from porn but still masturbate, some stay away from porn and masturbation while having sex without orgasm, some do orgasm during sex too, etc. Generally the more strict the reboot the faster the healing. But there is no one wrong or right way.
