Unlike what your handle suggests, you're not the only girl here. Look into the Women's reboot section to find people that can give you insight into what you're going through. As a Christian, it took a lot of effort for me to get out of the cycle that I was in. I've been struggling with this for more than 15 years. It wasn't till I started NoFap that I found people like me that share problems with each other and help each other out. You'll find that reading other people's journal can give you strength to overcome whatever giants you're facing. Don't be afraid to reach out to anyone if you're going through some tough times. Join some of the challenges you see in the forums(I'm doing the Everest Challenge myself) but you'll find there is a challenge for everyone. Keep fighting the good fight!
