I think.you mean you do.want to.quit your addiction???! You can do.it brother. Try to go on some sort of.no internet detox. For 48 or 72 hours perhaps. And learn what real life is about, by forcing yourself to.interact with people and enjoying nature. You can wind back time to what it was like before People really can survive without internet! Also
