I look forward to be part of this

Hello everyone,

I'm Marcelo (not real name) and I'm just another guy in his late 20's who is struggling with porn for as long as I can remember, having started at around 12 and never stopped. Looking back, starting to watch porn at that age was devastating to my mental health. Together with the bullying I was suffering at the time, it made me depressed and anxious over the years until reaching a point where I was unable to cope with life without the help of meds. I am doing better now but being damaged in that way at a young age is unfortunately in a way or another permanent.
Five years ago I learnt about NoFap, and although I managed to improve my situation since that time, there is still a lot that needs to be done. That's why I'm here. I feel that I can't go on any further just by myself. I hope that being a part of this community and helping others with my experience will also help me on this ongoing struggle were I can't see no end at this time.
I know this post looks a bit "pity party"ish, but I hope will do my best not just for myself but also for this amazing community.
