I messed up a 29 day NoFap streak. I hate porn. I hate using my phone

I was on a 29 day streak since the 6th of February. I own a business and a handful of investments in the stock market. Both havent been going well recently so I've been working very hard and I really didnt bother to watch p. This afternoon I was exhausted, quite stressed, and reinstalled twitter to catch up on news. I ended up looking at nudes and relapsed. What a f*cking idiot. It was the longest streak since 2013. I used to fap 3 times a goddamn week since 2013 and I've only started NoFap 3 years ago. 3 f*cking years to get to at least 30 days and I messed up. Usually I always binge after relapsing from a long nofap streak, but this time this sh*t really pisses me off I feel so disgusted to porn I want to burn the whole f*cking industry down (I hope no one here in NoFap is offended). 29 days of nofap felt so great. I'm still unsure if I've lost the benefits. Some people say the counter is nonsense and progress is what's important. I just felt like reaching 30 days would make me proud and continue as long as I could. I messed up. I'm such a failure. God help me.

 

the relapse wasn't even great. I didn't even last a minute. The O wasn't satisfying. It only filled me with regret and anger. 29 days of hard work ruined by 5 minutes WHAT THE FUCK is wrong with me.
