    Hi! Currently i am trying to stop porn and masturbation because i feel that my health is suffering from these. The highest NoFap streak i had was 10 days but then i failed. I can pee right after i pee but i had this for a long time, having an urine test but it was completely normal. Is this ok? Thanks in advance
