    im at a terrible place in my life where i am bored of absolutely everything where i am watching something that doesn't turn me on at all yet im jerk off with soft dick and forcing my dick to get hard.

    i dont know why

    my dopamine is so bad i cant sit a peace i lead to porn to try and feel something anything and then only make it worse. i need to learn to let things go but i also need to learn to look after myself better my dopamine is in terrible state jerking off when you arent Horny at allis a really bad sign

    Keep pushing forward. Life is boring for me too at the moment. Winter's have always been especially hard since there's not much outdoors stuff to do here in the Midwest. All I can say is try to talk to people around you to help you stay emotionally grounded. If you don't have and support in real life try to network and make friends. If you're really bad go talk to a therapist it can do wonders. Good luck God bless
