Try taking cold showers, hitting the gym often, reducing meat consumetion, avoid being alone in the room and distracting yourself by reading a book or listening to music. I e.g. love taking a walk. It really helps with the urges. Meditating also helps a lot.

I started my current streak with an anti-addictive drug called naltrexone (150 mg per day). You can google naltrexone and porn addiction if you want. For me, it completely eliminated any withdrawal. I could still hear the part of my brain that was screaming out, "feed me porn," but I could hear other parts of my brain that told me porn was a bad idea, and emotional parts of my brain as well. Rather than going through a doctor's office, I ordered and had it shipped from India. It is sold as an over-the-counter drug in most countries. I guess it was the easy way, but it has worked.
