I really do need help with this addiction

    So I've been watching porn since I was 10 and now I'm 15. Before NoFap I would constantly masterbate every two days but since I joined nofap I'm up to around 6 day streaks. But I still am not satisfied with my progress and really need help to improve on it

    You don't need help you are young go live life!! Stop watching porn and Masterbation now !! Wait till you find a nice girl and have protected sex and save it for then!! You will be fine don't waste your life in porn and masterbation
