I want to stop

    Been addicted to P for about 1 1/2 years, and for the last 6 months or so I've been trying to stop. It's really difficult though, i just relapsed after 2 days. the longest time i've managed is 5 or 6 days. any tips? i want to last until at least sunday. that's my current goal

    Imagine giving up porn equated with riding a bike for the first time without training wheels. You're gonna fall a bunch of times, and get frustrated. After awhile though, you learn to ride the bike. Same concept

    Find alternate sources of happiness. Ones that give you more dopamine. try to get back with your old friends. watsapp or some other chatting website.
    a pet can help. i've grown some plants n looking after them reminds me it's one day at a time.
