Porn affected my life. My brain, my social life, my anxiety, my stress etc but when it affects ur life it affects the way u do things during ur life. I fucked up my late teenage life. When I was 15 I first discovered porn past year it had been affecting me the a year later I realized porn was an addiction and had huge disadvantages and I was like no wonder I had a shit year. After I couldn't stop, the addiction got worse I felt shamed. It affected so much like my learning, social life and so much more. I wish I could go back in time.

I hear ya. We all wish we could back in time and stop ourselves from watching porn. Just be happy that you now know the negative effects of PMO use, and that you have the opportunity to change your mind and attitude toward this issue. While unfortunate, this addiction teaches all of us a valuable lesson about the mirage of porn and the dark rabbit hole it leads us down. The mistakes of our past molds the potential manifestation of our best self in the present moment.

I wish you the best of luck!

Exactly. We cant go back but we can move forward positively. We know more than a lot of people out there that think what they're doing is harmless, so let's not take that for granted. We have time to heal and prosper now. Let's not waste what we can become!

Move forward, don't dwell. That goes for anything in the past, even the great things that are gone.

Hello there, yes, As you know, we are not given that chance and this is what our experiences and mistakes meant for. There is now way to go back, yet, know that you will someday recall these present moments with remorse if you still keep falling, I mean giving up. The past is something allows us to get ourselves ready for a brighter future if we have the desire to learn from it. Just keep expanding your knowledge of addiction science and try to understand how it operates. Then strive for finding your own way to get rid of. That is the way you have to go through.

    Best of luck.

  8. Let me tell you something friend, I understand totally what you're saying, since I'm in the same boat. However, it is helpful to keep in mind that life is a process, we must go through each day as best we can, and when we run into problems we must take responsibility to move forward. Take a quick glance back at the past, that's fine, but otherwise don't dwell on it, and instead put your energy into learning what you can from your mistakes, and growing from them. You're not alone here buddy, we all have regrets, but we all must live with them and keep grinding on. You can do it too.
