If I masturbate without pornography is that still a relapse?

    I have lasted 10 days without pornography. But, I just rubbed one out. Do I need to completely start again to see improvement?

    Yes, it's a reset. NoFap and NoFap hard mode which is the same as semen retention is there to help getting back in control of seeking pleasure. If you keep fapping you are very likely going back to watching P eventually etc.
