If I went 7 days without porn, does it mean i’m not addicted to it at all?

    I know, because I once went seven days without doing any habits like meditation, cold showers I’m doing daily now, except some incredible urges, made me felt like I was going through drug withdrawal

    Do you think heroin addict is not an addict if he can survive 7 days without heroin?
    Addiction is addiction, no matter how long can you go without, if you can't stop thinking about it, that's your proof.

    Seven days ? Fam ...i had disgusting withdrawals all the way from day 60 to day 140, 7 days is a beginning of the journey
