I'll give this a try

Quite random I dumped into here... After a PMO-start of the day, I was "busted" by a picture on a norwegian Christian facebook site, with a link to this place. Not related to that facebook-group, but I'm a devoted Christian, seeing PMO as sinful behavior - yet it's far too easy to ignore it once I'm tempted. Knowing God can and will forgive me (1John 1:9), it's difficult to forgive myself.

I am a 25 years old, single, Norwegian, Christian man. As Christian, I know I'm not disallowed to have sex. Sex is a gift from God, and man were created to have sex and populate the earth (Genesis). But sex is related to marriage, and Jesus warns us about having sexual fantasies with a woman you're not married to (Mathew 5:28).

I am almost cured for pornography, as I've read some inside stuff from the porn industry - a sick industry, degrading women - made in God's image - to sex toys, completely perverting how a man should relate to a beautiful woman, deserving so much better. Still, I easily fantasize about beautiful girls I know, and I always regret when it's too late... I hope that i now can get more dicipline, avoiding what I know is wrong.

I would like to try hard mode for 30 days from now, and off course, try to quit permanently. Thanks for encouragement to try to quit PMO-addiction!
