    Hi, here I go.

    I started my first day, I'm challenging for 45.

    It' scary, it shows how vulnerable you are to yourself, but this is getting out of control, and I must beat myself.

    Welcome guys to Nofap, at this point you should feel damn proud of youselves for taking the most important step ever, by joining Nofap you have put yourselves in the position to recieve great advice, to learn all about this addiction, to share your stories and also to help others in the long run!

    take some time to get used to the site, read other peoples stories etc and if you want to ask questions then by all means do, for the best advice keep an eye out for the long serving high ranking members and moderators here they are very helpfull and welcoming etc!
