Hello community my name is Eric, I'm new to this site and have been looking for support groups to give me the strength and motivation I need to quit PMO. I went two weeks recently without any of it and woke up one morning and thought hey it's been two weeks so one day shouldn't kill me. It did. I relapsed and felt like the scum of the earth. But now I'm really committed and want to change my life. I feel like this group will help me achieve my goal which is nofap, no pmo and all that other craziness.
