I'm feeling too lonely

Hey! Congrats on 13 days, Masha'Allah that is a big acheivement brother. You're only 15 and you're trying to tackle this problem, that is such a good thing and you're already ahead of other people. Don't lose hope in yourself, you have a long life ahead of you and things will get better.

 

Being lonely is painful, but it's part of life sometimes, and it doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with you. Strike a balance between self-criticism and self-affirmation. Maybe your loneliness is a sign that you need to be more comfortable with yourself and who you are. Maybe your loneliness is telling you that there's something wrong in your life; if that's the case, then you can examine it and fix it. The very fact that you're here on NoFap means that you have the will to change and improve.

Also, being 15 sucks, life gets a lot better. I mean, it gets A LOT better.

 

Everyone becomes alone in the end. We're all destined for separation. This is especially true regarding our own eventual deaths. But the thing is, even after separation, there are always chances we'll meet new people. Or we might meet old friends again at new places. We just have to make sure the time we spend now is not meaningless.

Once I realized this, I felt somewhat better with my own loneliness.

Hi! I'm new to this community but I hope I can say a thing that maybe will help you: you're lucky you meet this community while teenager... I wasn't so lucky, now I'm 40 and still slave of PMO! For you're lonelyness: go on! Stay outside your mind, your brain, watch and live what's outside you. Look at the reality you're living and live it.
