I'm going a month minimum this time

    I feel like I've descended back to where I started before my nofap journey. This time I'm going all in. I'm not gonna worry as much about cutting caffeine and kratom out of my life so I can dedicate 100% to nofap. The timer is really ticking & I really gotta cure my pied before college.

    I don't believe much because to start and stop can be easy if we put a time, or depending of the habit, hold the motivation.

    facts. It's always the first week that is the hardest mentally. After that, you don't want to lose your progress.

    So, i think we can't give up no matters the difficult. Just think that the future depends of now. Before you back to PMO, you probably thought about it, but if we imagine us in a future, it can be the next months, we think that in the past was better if we did do all the efforts.
