    Hello

    I'm 21 years old male that is going to stop PMOing.

    I first come in contact with NoFap community after watching TED-The great porn experiment. I learned that masturbating could have a negative influence on ones life. After that I read more I decided to join.

    My masturbation was a bit irregular. I could go a week with out getting off and sometimes masturbate three to four times a day for up to three days. But the main reason I join is my porn watching.
    My taste in porn have gotten darker over the years. I used to get this sick feeling after i got off the more extreme stuff but now it don't even face me and that worries me the most.

    I have no idea how easy or hard this is going to be but if this can help I'm willing to try.
    I will try for 90 days and see from there. My end goal is to never look on porn again.

    The stuff I have read here are amazing. You guys are the best, I am looking forward to fight along you all.

    I apologies if my grammar is faulty, english is not my first language and i got dyslexia.

    Hi, @ShatteredFacts and welcome to NoFap!

    You've made the right decision to quit porn, and you're lucky that you've decided to do that at this stage in your life. From experience I know that once you start down the path of exploring new fetishes it's difficult to stop, so it's doubly important that you cut off porn as early as possible.

    Don't hesitate to come to the forums often for motivation, encouragement and to distract yourself from any urges that you may be experiencing. There's lots of knowledge and tips here if you take the time to read others' experiences.

    Don't worry about your English, it's very good!
