    Just broke up with my moaning controlling girlfriend a month ago and to be honest I'm a bit depressed and anxious by it, I feel the need to masterbate my sorrow, but I can't really get hard at the minute so I just tug on my flop, I want to stop masterbating for self control and hopefully to gain strenght and a clearerror mind, please any help would be great
