I'm scared of meeting. Please help!

I'm on day 60 hardmode. So far so good. I'm craving for a girl it's not a secret. I have registered to all dating sites. (tinder, badoo, travelfriend...) I found a girl on travelfriend who likes me. She is from another country, it is around 2 hours with airplane. She says wants to visit me. Earlier I traveled a lot thats why I registered there. But I still have this fking social anxiety. It is better since I started nofap but still have nausea often. I've never been so bad that I can not do something, but annoying. What if she comes here from another country and I can not go somewhere because I'm sick. We have a completely empty flat where she can stay so it is the good part. Any advice?

 

I'm doing sport 4-5 times per week. Running, cycling, gym and after kind of meditation. Funny thing is I can run 10km without nausea, but if I have to go to the post office i will be sick. This is not even a date but im still nervous.

 

Anxiety is a beast!... Lifelong struggle I’m trying to work on mine too... Try journaling and note taking. Write down everything that is giving you stress and anxiety. Then come up with solutions to overcome them. For example if you have social anxiety. Go out there and force yourself to be around people. Do it every day for like 30 days so you lessen the fear and it feels normal. Also work on diet, exercise, massage, acupuncture etc... Do everything you can think of. Even medication if it helps. I’m trying to do these things too.

 

It's OK for a long run. I agree with the upper comments, but I don't know how much time I have. Days, maybe a few weeks... What do you think? Do not force things like that or I just should not be a pussy and should do it?

 

Just meet her its better than beating yourself up wondering what might have happened. I have messed this up so many times with long distance relationships. The girls were interested in meeting but i was too anxious. I did not think they would like me in real life. Well now i will never know what could have been because i let the conversations die... Self sabotage, don't do that...

Everybody gets nervous the first time they meet someone new she is feeling the same thing as well. The nerves should go away eventually when you get used to talking to her. If you want to prepare then go out there and start talking to random people now. So you wont feel awkward and like its the first time you have ever talked to a girl in real life.

To help with the sickness feeling just take her somewhere outdoors. Like walking in the park, all that fresh air and walking will help you relax. BTW how good is travelfriend, i want to check it out later

 

Travelfriend seems very good. I'm not lieing almost every girl are hot there. Obviously Nofap makes even more hotter but it is not same like badoo. Which is a bit sick cause I got aroused after too much fantasizing yesterday. I got messages from 10 girls already and I did not initiate the conversation. But have to keep in mind its not a dating site. Many women are not looking for a relationship only a travel partner. That's why I'm a bit scared. I've never done anything like this to introduce my home to others. Is she courious for me or really just want to see my home you know... Big difference.

If shes talking to you she must like you somewhat otherwise she would be talking to someone else. I'm hoping its a bit like Tandem. Tandem is a language exchange application. But really a LOT of people just use it for dating and meeting people all over the world. I have made lots of female friends on there. Its also full of very hot girls. If it was not for anxiety and other issues i would have met some of them in real life already. One girl was very interested, we exchanged phone numbers and exchanged lots of pictures... Yes, Hungarian girls are beauty I know this is my home. But I feel like it is harder to approach them than in other countries. Maybe it is only my experience but I have more luck with foreign girls. Thanks for the tip! Maybe I will try Tandem too.

 

No. A few days ago she wrote a story about why I should send her money first. But the whole story seemed like a lie. I think she is professional you know... Im not a saint, I pad for escorts earlier but I think its pointless and very expensive to come here from another country just for this reason. And of course I'm trying to quit these kind of things, but what if I go to Thailand again...
