    Did you had a flatline bro? And if yes how much time did you? Flatline is my biggest fear and I need some tips on how to avoid such a thing..

    hello, i don't have any strategy.

    Was so tired of my old life and felt inside my bones that i had to change. When i discovered Nofap i realized was the path to follow and i did! In the first months i studied a lot, reading books on sexuality and watching documentaries, this helped me a lot.

    When did the hard flatline stop for you?

    I'm on day 100 and i feel like sub-human shit, i've even been to the emergency room for a panic attack at day 70, i thought i was having a heart attack.

    Good job!! The goal alot of people on here seems to be "get a high streak" etc etc. That is not the goal, the goal is to control these habits. So I believe you have some sort of control?
    Ok my question is... What is your daily routine for keeping PMO at bay? Please note any trivial things you do as well. You might not know they are contributing to your abstinence so anything you say may help other PMO addicts who do not have success like we do. Thanks in advance!!!

    What i have concluded that most of the guys with 500 plus days are teenagers. Some are of 14 yo and most of the guys are 18yo. It means that it is easy to control in teenage but as time passes and u cross 20 it becomes more challenging.
