    Evening fellas and ladies,
    Just like mostly everyone here...I have a problem with PMO and have it since I was in 6th grade. I'm 28 now...so it's been 16 years (jeez). I've come to terms that I'm addicted and need help. I've admitted everything to my wife and she thinks I'm clean now but I'm not. I'm tired of failing myself and her. I'm tired of saying this is the last time, just to do it the next day. It's a vicious cycle. I just did it a few mins ago and its not even pleasurable anymore. I'm usually damn near in tears and asking why tf am I even doing this.

    What I want to achieve here is to be clean forever! This is a direct reflect of my life because I talk a great game, but inside I know I'm a failure, but I want to change all of that. I'll be checking in for accountability and motivation to continue on. Thanks!
