    hi every1, hop y'all doin good.. am a newbie here, and my masturbating habit is getting out of hand n need to stop that completely if possible, am fully convinced with the harmful effects of porn n masturbation, so i need to help myself it watsoeva way possible.. n i hop y'all achieve your goals in here..
