I’m a 30years-old PhD graduate student who’s been battling porn addiction for a long time since my 20s... in my younger days I abused porn because I couldn’t find a girlfriend and because it helped me reduce my anxiety from school and problems at home. So, basically porn was my escape. Until I realized that I had conditioned myself in such a way that I couldn’t perform with a real girl in bed... This was one of the main reasons why my first relationship ended and now that I’ve met a beautiful girl that I’m committed to, I want to make things right!
