    Hey im chipsy(obviously fake name) im joining NoFap beacuse i have realised im addicted to masturbatation and porn and the reason is psychological when ever im emotionally hurt or feeling under the weather i masturbat and i dont want to, it doesnt even make me feel better i just do it and after it im feeling worst but weirdly i can go back to work or resume my life
