Not true. Blaming yourself is the only way to improve, because you don't skirt around the problem. It is easy to use society, porn, etc. As a scapegoat for your actions. At the end of the day, you have conscious control over your actions, and if you made the conscious decision to edge, it is on you. Skirting and avoiding problems will only hurt you 10x in the long run. Blame yourself hard, rip off that bandaid, and move on.
it's realy helpful if you see the future and just deduce wtf will be happened instead "blaming" yrself even after relapse(life goes on) yes,society inherently sucks, ask the answer from your willpower. in the case that you cant limit them (eg dat **s in the street) imo you need to refresh yr mind QUICKLY.(i myself prefer taking my handsfree and listening rap) it isnt, dnt destroy yr brain.
I think by "edging" he means more p-subs and fantasizing. But the answer is still basically the same. You can always choose if/how you react to things around you. Just because it's there doesn't mean you have to lust over it. It's not always easy, but it gets easier as you practice.
