Is edging until precum a relapse?

I was a little bit too horny so I decided to get some sneak peeks here and there, I ended up having a tiny tiny bit of precum come out, I decided to stop and workout right afterward, I'm currently on day 13 and that was the first time I did something like this during my streak. I was wondering If this was a relapse for semen retention mainly and if I should reset my counter and redo my streak, with this also cancel out multiple benefits?

Even though you technically did retain your semen, you are still making your dopamine levels soar far beyond natural levels. This is going to hinder your progress and prevent the reboot if you keep doing it. NoFap isn't just about retaining semen; it's also about healing your dopamine receptors so you can begin to function like a normal human being without the need for artificial stimulation.

I would suggest engaging in a real NO PMO, or even semen retention streak.

That means no porn, no edging, no touching for fun, trying not to cum (wet dreams occur even if you don't want to) and no masturbating.

Only by doing this, you will be free one day.

Doing one of the things listed above will lead to a relapse, I can say it for my past experiences.

Edging by itself is a relapse so yes reset it

Ive got to the point of edging so much i had to jerk off to get it out of my system before starting this streak

  5. I'm going through at least these days, I took a peek, but I soon left, so I didn't count it as a relapse, but telling you it avoids a lot because it always leads to a relapse.
