Is having acne at 19 normal?

Even though a lot of reliable sources say that masturbation has nothing to do with acne, but I remember that at the year I started masturbating, acne got to all over my face.
And now it has been 4 years with acne, and it has only gotten worse.
I stopped fapping for this particular reason but in vain.
Seems like I have to cope with it and I'm perfectly ok with it.
Yet, my worries are all concentrated on whether this acne is going to last forever or it's passing.
Acne lowers my self-esteem all the time, but I still have hopes

Um yeah acne at 19 is normal lol. It's not likely to last forever just make sure you clean your face. And masturbation didn't cause your acne, your hormones caused you to start being interested in masturbating and caused your acne. Correlation is not causation

Did you ever try quitting dairy products? It might help.

And when you're washing your face, let the soap work for a minute before rinsing it off.

Correcting your sleep cycle and using small towels on your pillow might help with reducing acnes.
