Same here. It's normal thing. The production continues while there is no release. So it's natural that they become larger cos all that new made stuff has to be stored, if it can not be discharged. More stuff to store the bigger bag becomes because it's more full. Same happens with your prostate; it get's enlarged too. Until finally the glass is too full and overflows; you have a wet dream.
