    Im an 18 year old male ,found nofap at 16,and had lots of relapses,but now i'm almost 2 months in and i feel like my erections are weak.I take supplements and swallow garlic and eat onion,my diet is pretty good,and i workout.When i see very attractive girls online wearing provocative clothes,i don't really get hard.i get a weak semi erection.Is this supposed to happen?And do you think when i'm with a real girl i won't have this problem?

    It happens after being exposed to pornography for a long period of time. Stop looking at pictures of women, it only halts the progress on your reboot.
