Is this numbness normal

Hi all, I am currently on day 12. The last few days I have felt super charged. But today I have been feeling a bit numb emotionally. I was wondering if this was normal.

When I went to the gym earlier, I felt a bit more alive. Also I have just done the pots and cleaned up a bit, I'm sure I got a dopamine rush from this as it felt good and not like a chore.

Is this the flatline? Or is it just that I need to start doing stuff to get rewarded for it (dopamine).
