Today is my 22 day in a row and it's a record for me.I asked myself why I wasn't strong enough to go this far and I can't find a proper answer.I remember that I was in a relationship and still wanted to sneak out and do the deed.I knew that it wasn't fair to my partner and she quickly caught up and we broke up.I feel that it is such a hard subject to tell a partner because we are afraid to be judged ,but most of the times girls watch as much porn as guys do.Matter of fact all the girls I dated (not that many) were watching porn on a regular basis.I found that I got the strength to go this far knowing that there are people out there that are going through he same pain and anguish and are struggling to become a better person and overcome this time consuming ,relationship destroying ,energy draining, self-esteem killing habit. The reality is the temptation will always be out there, there is enough content out there for all of us to watch for a lifetime.Matter of fact there is so much porn that even if there is no more porn made after today ,no human can possibly watch all the porn available.Let that sink for a minute. But somehow people are still not aware of the danger of this addiction and we are all avoiding to address the bigger issue. The bigger issue is most of the porn is free, unlike the other drugs and addictions which always involve money. The truth is porn is much worse because it steals the most important item we have in our possession "Time" ,It steals time from our loved ones, from our future, from our hobbies ,from all the great possibilities who were once offered to us but ruins it due to the great orgasm we were seeking.I am sorry for the long message but I just want to emphasis the importance of this community and how we must remember that we feel each other's pain and we must be strong and push each other to overcome this horrible addiction and make up for the lost time.Thank you all for reading this and hope that it helps at least one person to stay on track.
