    Hello,

    New to the platform but very excited to start. I am 27 and going through a change in mind with life overall. Having PMO everyday also needs to change. It has not stopped since I reached puberty, but today is the day. Also need to reconnect with my intimacy with my lady. Im pretty nervous about this tbh.
